Deactivating a Licence
For Wordshark 5 and Numbershark 5 Network Products
1. Open the 'White Space Network Manager' located under ‘Programs’**
2. Locate the required program Wordshark or Numbershark
3.
Select ‘Change’ next to the program
4.
When prompted say ‘Yes’
5.
Choose ‘Deactivate’ then click ‘Next’
**If the 'White Space Network Manager' does not appear to open then it is possible it is already running in the background. Go to the hidden icons, right click the ‘White Space Network Manager’ and left click 'Show' to maximise it.
***Where automatic deactivation fails then proceed with a manual deactivation. You will need to enter the licence details exactly as they appear on the licence certificate. Only enter a location if one is specified on the licence. You will be given a deactivation code that MUST be entered into the online web portal at www.wordshark.co.uk/Licence/Deactivate to deactivate the licence from the licensing server.
